• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Hold a valid commercial registration (for business sellers)
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom

The platform provides an electronic marketplace for business opportunities. Our services include:

• Listing and browsing available business opportunities
• Communication between sellers and buyers
• Advanced search and filtering tools
• Verification and authentication services
• Technical support and assistance

The user agrees to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
• Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials
• Not use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Comply with all Saudi laws and regulations

Additional Seller Obligations:

• Ensure accuracy and truthfulness of listed opportunity information
• Disclose all material information
• Obtain all necessary licenses and permits
• Comply with E-Commerce Law provisions

• All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals and include VAT (15%)
• Service fees are specified on the pricing page
• Payments are processed through secure and approved payment gateways
• Refund policy is subject to conditions specified for each service

The platform acts as an intermediary only and is not liable for:

• Accuracy of information provided by sellers
• Quality or value of listed business opportunities
• Direct transactions between users
• Any losses resulting from platform use

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In case of any dispute:

• Amicable resolution will be sought first
• If unresolved, disputes will be referred to competent judicial authorities in the Kingdom
• Courts in Riyadh city have jurisdiction over any disputes

The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user who violates these Terms and Conditions, while retaining the right to claim compensation for any damages resulting from the violation.
